2. PAYMENT
  • All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars.
  • For In-store purchases via our XM Store Singapore, Nets and Credit Card (including Amex) are accepted
  • For online purchases, deposit or full payment will be paid via Stripe
  • Once you have made payment, you will receive 2 emails from XM:
    • 1st email: An invoice detailing your order
    • 2nd email: A receipt detailing that your payment has been successful Your order is only secured once you have received the 2nd email. 
Once your statue is ready for collection, we will send you a notification email and payment instructions for your balance payment

4. Shipping
  • As a customer, you have the option to choose the shipping option that works best for you. The option that you choose and the destination of the order determines the cost of your shipping as well as the length of time it will take to get your order. All shipping times are dependent on product availability.
  • Please note that "Estimated Shipping Time" refers only to the time it takes the carrier from pickup to delivery. Delivery time may vary from the below estimated time depending on customs clearance, delays in the destination country, missed or cancelled despatches.
  • Custom duties: XM Studios does not charge any customs duties on overseas shipments, however we cannot guarantee that customs charges will not be applicable to your package when it reaches your country. We are not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what these charges may be. You may wish to contact your local customs office or post office for further information.
5. Warranty Policy and Product Support

6. STOCK AVAILABILITY
We cannot guarantee that every item offered for sale online would actually be shipped right away as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In a rare case, an item may be in stock when you place your order and sold out by the time your order is processed. However, for any item which you place an online order and is found to be sold out at the time of processing, we will inform you by email & remove off the item from your order.
